Apart from detailed brainstorms with the client, we analyzed competitors and market influencers.

Then the idea was then transformed into a flowchart. Representing the idea in this way was proven to be essential for the evolution of the concept.

Thanks to the flow diagram, the client gained more clarity of their initial idea.

Many draft requirements were found unessential and simply dropped from the final design. While new creative concepts emerged and became important building blocks of the future Share Rocket app.

Validation & Usability Research

The draft app designs approved by the client were presented to the target audience. It wasn't a real app yet, but a prototype - an interactive mockup. We asked users to perform various tasks and comment along the way.

Such a usability research is conducted before app development is started. Using this method our client got feedback from its users and we were able to plan and redesign the UX without the need for costly changes in the future.

This step is very often omitted by developers, but it's a big mistake to wait for feedback until the release of your app. Practice shows your users will have great insights that you've probably never even thought of.

Application Development

Having fresh and meaningful feedback from test users, our UX team improved designs to reflect the new findings.

The development team starts working once most screens and interactions are designed. Both UX and development teams work closely together to the final release of the app.

The project was managed in the Agile SCRUM methodology, holding weekly meetings with the Customer's team.

Thanks to this, any misunderstandings could be quickly resolved without the need for serious changes at later stages of the design cycle.
